Home Depot offers associates the opportunity to choose plans and programs that meet individual and family needs. Benefit plans are available to full-time hourly and salaried associates, and to part-time associates. Eligible dependents may also be covered under some of the plans.

WORK/LIFE BENEFITS
- Tuition Reimbursement — Available to all associates upon completion of 6 months of continuous service, the program offers 50% reimbursement, up to a maximum of $5,000 per year, for tuition, books, and registration fees for approved coursework at regionally accredited colleges, universities, and post-secondary technical schools. This reimbursement is only offered for courses taken to obtain a degree, diploma or to pursue the associates professional development.
- Full-time and Part-time Hourly Associates: 0-3 years of service = $3,000
- 3 + years of service = $5,000
- Salaried Associates: $5,000
- Relocation Assistance — This program provides financial assistance to associates who relocate at the request of the Company.
- Team Depot — This great program gives you the opportunity to live our Company Value "giving back to others" through community volunteer projects.
- Matching Gift Program — Your contributions to qualifying non-profit organizations are matched by the Company dollar for dollar from $25 to $500 per year.
- Associate Programs — Our outstanding employee assistance program includes CARE-Solutions for Life, an information and referral service for a wide range of everyday problems and concerns.
FINANCIAL BENEFITS
- Deferred Profit Sharing Plan — All associates start accruing a guaranteed 3% of their annual earnings after one year of service. Associates must be actively employed on the day of payout to receive the contribution.
- Retired RegisterSavings Plan (RRSP) — Associates are eligible to make voluntary contributions.
- Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) — Purchase Company stock at a 15% discount on the closing price.
- Canada Savings Bonds (CSB) — Associates are eligible to participate in the CSB Plan.
