Tuition Reimbursement — Available to all associates upon completion of 6 months of continuous service, the program offers 50% reimbursement, up to a maximum of $5,000 per year, for tuition, books, and registration fees for approved coursework at regionally accredited colleges, universities, and post-secondary technical schools. This reimbursement is only offered for courses taken to obtain a degree, diploma or to pursue the associates professional development.
